1. How much do I charge?

My services are usually offered as a package. However, if you require a customised plan, please contact me via email. Customised pricing is available at an hourly rate of €60.

Standard price: €280 per session (excl. VAT)

First-time client discount: €50 off → €230 per session (excl. VAT)
(Service content remains the same.)

2. What is included in one standard service package?

• Photos: 15 professionally retouched photos per session (if you want all raw photos, there is a charge of 10€)

• Final delivers as JPG image files, resolution 300 dpi.

• Here you can see a standard workflow included in the full-service package

3. Revisions & Delivery Timeline

• Each photo includes 2 free minor revisions

• Additional revisions: €10/per photos

• Delivery timeline:

  • First draft: within 5 business days after the shoot

  • Final deliverables: within 3 business days after revisions are approved

4. Shooting Duration

• Each package includes 2–3 hours of on-site shooting, and the location can be either outdoor or studio shooting. If the shooting location includes an additional charge, it needs to be covered by the client. (The photographer’s own photo studio is free of charge to use)

• Additional shooting time beyond 3 hours is billed at €60/hour

5. Shooting Service Details

• Provided by photographer: camera, tripod, lighting, and other essential equipment

• Provided by the client: make-up, outfits, and other possible related props.

• Models:

  • Photographer can assist in finding and coordinating with models

  • Clients may negotiate compensation directly with the model (e.g., monetary payment or in-kind benefits)

• Concept & script:

  • Clients provide the overall shooting concept or mood board

  • The photographer will plan detailed shots, scene arrangements, and camera work

6. Which types of post-editing are included in the package, and which are not?

• Included in the package: composition adjustments, cropping, and colour correction

• Additional services: background removal, object clean-up, AI-generated edits, advanced retouching — billed at €60/hour

7. Usage Rights & Copyright

• The photographer retains credit/attribution rights

  • If content is posted on social media, credit to the photographer (name or handle) is required

• Clients receive permanent, unlimited usage rights for all final deliverables

  • No restrictions on time, location, platform, or commercial usage

• The photographer may not share or license the deliverables to third parties for commercial use without written consent from the client

8. Model Release

• If models are involved, clients may prepare and sign a Model Release Agreement to ensure legal and compliant use of likeness

• The photographer will assist in arranging models and coordinating the release process

9. Payment Terms

• Clients are required to make full payment within 14 business days after receiving the first version of the edits. An invoice with a 14-day payment period will be sent to the client on the same day the first edits are delivered.
